September 23, 2021: CSU's Master Plan for Decarbonization
In the midst of simultaneous mitigation and adaptation to climate change impacts, the California State University, the largest public university system in the country, has developed a Building Decarbonization Framework. These series of documents is one of many tools that will be leveraged to guide its 23 campuses to meet their carbon neutrality goals through an offset-free electrification strategy. This technical roadmap covers policy, design and Title 24 modeling guidelines, available technology, opportunities for heat recovery chiller integration, as well as a tool to gauge economic viability of a project. Listen to Rachel Wong (CSU), Andrew Meiman (Arc Alternatives), and Brian Stern (Glumac) as they chat through the components of the framework and plans for implementation. Webinar Recording
